Rhedadeg ltd and Mentrau Iaith Cymru (Welsh language initiatives) the Race’s organisers, are happy to announce grants of up to £750 to various organisations, following the success the third Race held between 4 – 6 July 2018 and raised more than £7,500.

Information about Ras yr Iaith 2020 will be shared later this year.
Dr Gwenno Ffrancon, one of Tŷ’r Gwrhyd, Pontardawe’s managers said of being successful in receiving a grant this year:
“We are very happy to receive this grant from Ras yr Iaith towards establishing a Welsh skills club for young people at Ty’r Gwrhyd, the Welsh language centre for the Swansea and Neath valleys.
