The Ras yr Iaith Logo

The Ras’s logo is the Triskel (trisgell in Welsh). The origins of the trikel go a long way into Welsh and Celtic history. The Welsh are very fond of placing things in threes or triads – in fat ‘Trioedd Ynys Prydain’ (the Triads of Isle Britain) offer us a very long and ancient list! Ras yr Iaith also has three main objectives to g with the three heads of the triskel. The Ras stands for:

A Wales where all can speak Welsh

A healthy Wales
