The Ras Baton

All language runs have their own baton and Ras yr Iaith will be no exception. We will pass on the baton, like the language, from person to person, village to village, generation to generation, fluent speaker to learner, native Welsh person to people of other backgrounds.

However, unlike the other runs, Ras yr Iaith will commission a unique baton. The baton has been created and designed by Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Penweddig in Aberystwyth and sponsored by Mentrau Iaith Cymru
